FieldReport is built for fast, local-first inspection reporting on iPhone. If you run into trouble, start with the basics below and then update the contact section before launch so App Store users have a direct support path.
Common help topics
Export is locked
PDF export requires an active FieldReport Pro subscription. Open the in-app paywall and use Restore Purchases if you already subscribed.
Photos are missing
Make sure the app has camera or photo-library permission and that the visit still contains the evidence you expect.
Share fails after generating a report
Regenerate the PDF from report preview and try sharing again. If the latest local file is missing, the app should prompt you to regenerate before sharing.
